Local and Professional

At QBS Property Management, we have a very strong background in accounting and financials that we believe is unique to the property management industry. QBS Property Management was founded to meet the needs of the clients of our other company, QBSolutions Inc., which is a book keeping and accounting company, because of this, we understand how important your investment is to your financial portfolio. We have well trained, courteous staff that have helped to build our reputation from the ground up, they really care about what they doing, and they do their best to eliminate surprises. QBS was founded with the intent of becoming a hands on, personable provider of housing management services in the greater Boise area for property owners and investors. We are a local company that understands what the owners, investors, and tenants in the greater Boise area are looking for in a property management company.

Technology:

Here at QBS Property Management we use a software called AppFolio, it is a system that allows immediate marketing capabilities to over 20 websites including Zillow, Trulia, and Craigslist. The ease of use for owners and tenants is exactly what you have been looking for. At QBS Property Management we use the power of technology to generate income for you. Marketing your property, applications, screening, and lease agreements can all be completed online generating a quicker turnaround time for your property, and a better return from your investment.

As an owner with QBS Property Management you will have your own “Owner Login” which will allow you to go into AppFolio and check on your properties without having to wait for us to report back to you; this creates greater flexibility and accountability that will serve to generate trust and ownership between you and QBS Property Management.

As a tenant with QBS Property Management you will have your own “Tenant Login” which will allow you to go into AppFolio and check your balance, pay your rent, and submit maintenance requests; this means that you do not have to rely on the mail service, and a person at the other end of the phone to do something that you can do with more accuracy and efficiency.

Expertise:

QBS Property Management was established in 2013 and although we are a new firm, we have more than 500 units in our portfolio. Our firm’s role is far more involved than simply showing space, signing leases, and collecting rents; we make every effort to offer all of the services needed to support our property owners and tenants. Our goal is to generate the greatest possible income for the owner of an investment property over the economic life of that property, and create the most comfortable and agreeable living conditions for our tenants.

Property management is one of the fastest growing industries within the real-estate industry and requires communication skills and extensive knowledge of the profession for accurate decision making. QBS Property Management operates as an advertising director, market analyst, salesperson, bookkeeper, negotiator, mediator, and often a maintenance supervisor. We interact with many professionals within our community including fellow property managers, attorneys, vendors, accountants, environmental inspection companies, on-site managers, and so forth; networking in this way allows us to seek the best resolution to most problems at the lowest cost to you as the owner.

We know that it is difficult to attend to all of the needs of your investment property personally as an owner, here at QBS Property Management we will take care of that for you, and we will work to maximize your rental income while managing your property efficiently, professionally, and economically.
